摘　　要：分析了我国图书馆员继续教育工作的现状和不足:继续教育缺乏公平和内在动力,缺乏科学的人才竞争机制;提出了建立人才培训制度,完善考核评估体系等建议。This article analyzes the current status and deficiencies of continuing education （CE） of librarians in China. The deficiencies are short of fair and internal driving force and scientific mechanism of talent,competition. The authors propose some suggestions such as setting up a system of talent training and improving examination and evaluation systems.
