摘  要:目的:探索临床医学院校理论与实践教学质量的评估方法。方法:采用多重问卷,对上海中医药大学4个班级2005~2006学年部分科目的课堂理论授课和见习带教等情况进行调查,并将调查结果按调查方案权重后进行综合评分,进行多因素回归分析。结果:综合评价总分排序由高至低依次为外科学、内科学、儿科学和妇产科学;对调查项目总体不满意进行Logistic多因素回归分析,有6个因素具有统计学意义。结论:本调查可客观评价临床教学与课堂授课情况,对提高教学质量有积极的促进作用。Objective: To discuss the evaluation methods in theoretical and practical teaching in clinical medical schools. Methods: Nine correlated questionnaires collected from students of four classes in Shanghai University of TCM were analyzed. Results: The order of classes from high to low according to total evaluation scores was surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics and obstetrics-gynecology, and logistics multi-factor regression analysis was made on general dissatisfaction of the investigation items, and 6 factors showed up with significant differences. Conclusion: This evaluation method makes significant sense in improving the clinical teaching quality.
