单克隆抗体对变链球菌产酸的影响

摘　　要：目的：用抗变链球菌ＯＭＺ１７６表面蛋白抗原２１８２６２ｕ单抗隆抗体（ＷＣ３Ａ６ｄ）与ＯＭＺ１７６菌作用，以分析单抗隆抗体对该菌乳酸产生的影响。方法：应用离子色谱分析法。结果：经方差分析，对照组与实验组乳酸产生量相差非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：单克隆抗体ＷＣ３Ａ６ｄ与ＯＭＺ１７６菌作用后，乳酸产生明显降低，这对防龋途径的探讨具有一定的意义。Aim: To analyse the effects of monoclonal antibody (McAb) (WC3A6d) to a cell wall protein antigen 218262u of mutans streptococci OMZ176 on the lactic acid production of mutans streptococci OMZ176. Methods:Using the analysis method of ion charmtogram. Results:The amount of lactic acid production between control group and experimental group was significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusions: It was suggested that the McAb(WC3A6d)was shown to be highly specific for mutans streptococci OMZ176, the amount of lactic acid production of mutans streptococci OMZ176 was lower by McAb (WC3A6d) in given time. It was perhaps helpful for the study of dental caries.
