摘　　要：“订单培养”是产学结合的重要实现形式;高职院校必须根据其特征和模式构建的要求,生成其内在运行机制,并通过与政府、社会、行业组织的资源整合而不断完善。＂The order development＂ is an important form that produces combining with studying The high vocational school must born its inside movement mechanism according to its characteristic and mode request and perfect it continuously by the resources integration with the government, the society, the profession organization.
