摘　　要：学习型农村的创建直接关系到农村人口人力资本的提升和中国的城镇化进程,也从根本上影响着“三农”问题的解决和全面小康社会的实现。创建学习型农村是一项复杂的系统工程,树立终身学习理念、倡导教育关怀、创新农村教育管理体制是创建我国学习型农村的根本出路。The construction of study - type countryside has much to do with the improvement of the manpower capital in rural areas and the process of urbanization in China. It also has a great effect on the solution of the problems of ＂Agriculture - Countryside - Farmers＂ and the realization of well - off society in an all - round way. Constructing study - type countryside is a systematic project too . It is the fundamental way out for establishing a life -long study idea , advocating educational care and innovating rural educational system .
