对建立青年教师培养体系的思考

摘　　要：建设高水平的大学,必须加强青年教师的培养。针对青年教师的特点,结合学校发展和实际,研究建立青年教师培养体系,确立培养目标、强化教学和科研能力、制定科学的激励机制,创造条件使青年教师早日脱颖而出。It＇s necessary to strengthen the training of young teachers so as to build a university of high level. Researches should be conducted into establishing a young - teacher - trainging system in accordance with their characteristics , trainging objectives should be set up, their capacity to teach and do research should be strengthened and a scientific incentive mechanism should be worked out to create conditions for young teachers to come to the fore early.
