摘　　要：设计了采用普通V带传动的印铁烘房同步控制系统,介绍了同步控制算法,分析了带弹性滑动率变化原因并给出了在线计算公式,指出了变频器驱动特性对辨识结果的影响,并采取了修正措施。试验结果表明,算法满足控制精度和平稳性的要求。Designed a printing chamber synchronization control system using common V-belt, introduced the synchronization control arithmetic, analyzed the reasons of belt's elastic slide rate fluctuating and presented calculation formula on-line, pointed out the influence of alterable frequency speed controller's drive characteristic to identification results, and took correctional measures. Experimentation result indicates that the arithmetic satisfied required control precision and placidity.
