高校成人脱产学生思想教育面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：针对高校成人脱产学生的思想行为特点及暴露出来的相关问题,分析了成人脱产学生思想教育所面临的问题。根据成人教育相对独特的教育规律与教育特点,论述了思想教育工作者理应站在战略的高度,如何转变教育思想,更新教育理念,加强教育手段,积极探索有效途径,有的放矢的解决目前急需解决的问题,把这些思想行为特点不同的学生培养成为社会所需、人民所望的人才。Based on the thought and behavior characteristic questions of the university adult students out of production, the questions which the adult student ideological education faces are analyzed. According to the educational laws and characteristics of the adult students, it elaborates the ideological teaching staff are supposed to stand in the strategic altitude and think about how to transform the education idea, how to strengthen the education method, how to explore the effective way, how to ,solve the urgent problems and foster the students who have different thoughts and behavior characteristics to be the talents who are needed and expected by society and people.
