摘　　要：学科建设是一个创新的过程。通过对新建地方本科院校创设硕士点所需要整体条件及相关学科、专业基本条件及其所构成的指标体系的分析,可以厘清学科建设及其有效实现的路径。Discipline construction is a process of innovation. Analyzing the conditions on the whole, the conditions of discipline and specialty as well as its standard system, this paper tries to find out the route to discipline construction and its effective realization.
