发展性体育教师评价方法研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计法,运用发展性教师评价理论和模糊综合评价法对体育教师素质进行综合评价。发展性体育教师评价内容包括:评价指标体系的建立、评价指标权重的确定与备择集的建立、评价主体的确定、评价方法的选择、评价量表和评价运算程序的设计。据此提出建议。Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews to experts and mathematical statistics, the developmental theory of evaluating P.E. teachers and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it made a comprehensive assessment of P.E. teachers＇ quality. The contents of the developmental evaluation of P. E. teachers included the set-up of index system of evaluation, the establishment of evaluating index weight and gathered alternastives, the definition of evaluating subject, the selection of evaluating method and the design of evaluating scale and operation procedure. Accordingly, it put forward some suggestions.
