摘　　要：指出了去除残留液晶在LCD制造过程中的重要性,并为了适应目前ODS的替代趋势介绍了LCD行业中目前广泛采用的替代ODS的清洗剂和清洗工艺。其中详细介绍了各种替代清洗剂的组成及其优缺点,并对清洗机理进行了一定的分析最终给出了一般的工艺流程。rlhe importance of cleaning mdimental LC （liquid crystal） in the making process of LED is pointed. With the develogment of cleaners instead of ODS, several kinds of widely used cleaners instead of ODS and cleaning techniques are introduced, The details of the irgredients of cleaners instead of ODS and their advantages and are giw. Cleaning rechanisms are analysed and generalflows of cleaning technique given.
