摘　　要：本文讨论了一类与年龄相关的时变种群系统最优生育率控制问题,得到了生育率控制为最优的必要条件和极大值定理.This paper discusses the optimal fertility rate control problem for a class of time- varying age- dependent population system, It obtains the necessary conditions for a fertility rate control to be optimal and the maximum theorem. These results obtained improves the previous results innon - time varying population systems.
