摘　　要：从实际操作流程、主要形式、评审考核等方面对美国高校教师聘任制进行了认真的剖析和研究,以期对我国的高校教师聘任制有所启示与借鉴。The article made a serious emphasis and study on the American university teachers＇ employment system from such different aspects as actual operating flow, main form, evaluation and test and from which the China＇ s university teachers＇ employment system can draw on great enlightenment and experience.
