摘　　要：和谐社会是社会主义现代化总体布局的重要组成部分,影响和谐社会的实现有诸多因素,但是心理失衡、离婚、投毒、民告官、腐败是其中的一些极为重要的因素,这与公民道德水平的高低有着十分密切的关系。加强道德教育,化解深层次矛盾,构建具有现代意义的公民道德素质,对于促进和谐社会的实现具有重大的意义。Harmonious society is an important part of modern socialist overall planning. There is much that effects its realization： loss of balance of psychology, divorce, poison, corruption, etc. Such behaviors are closely related to civic virtues level. Strengthening moral education, hushing up deeper contradictions and fostering modern civic moral quality means much to harmonious society construction.
