基于车辆1/2悬架模型复合多反馈控制策略的研究

摘  要:车辆1/4悬架模型不能反映车辆的俯仰情况,且一般控制策略多以簧载质量加速度作为反馈,这样就有了一定的局限性。为更好地改善悬架性能,建立了车辆1/2半主动悬架4自由度模型,针对悬架为一非线性、有时滞、不确定系统,提出了一种新型控制策略,且在M atlab中分别进行了时域和频域仿真,并就相应指标与被动悬架、模糊控制半主动悬架进行比较。结果表明,该策略对簧载质量加速度、悬架动挠度、轮胎动载荷的改善非常有效,对车辆悬架的控制和开发具有参考价值。The quarter vehicle model can not reflect the pitching movement condition. Generally, according to the control strategy, the acceleration of sprung mass was used as a feedback. In order to apparently improve the suspension performance, a model of the vehicle semi-active suspension with four dimensions was built. Considering that the suspension is a nonlinear system with uncertainties of itself and having time lag, a new control strategy was put forward, and the simulation in the time domain and frequency domain was carried out using the Matlab Software, and compared with the passive suspension and the semi-active suspension with Fuzzy control on the acceleration of sprung mass, tyre travel and tyre dynamic force, the results indicate that the new control algorithm is very effective for the improvement of the acceleration of sprung mass, tyre travel and tyre dynamic force,which can be as a reference for the control and development of vehicle suspension.
