摘  要:农业产业化、农村城镇化、农村现代化是解决“三农”问题的战略措施。农村“三化”是紧密联系、互相影响的,能够为这“三化”直接服务,最具有推动力的便是面向农村的职业教育。适应农村“三化”要求,构建面向农村的职业教育办学模式,要更新教学内容,提高人才培养质量;改革课程体系,培养复合型人才;重视实训基地建设,培养应用型人才等。按照农村“三化要求”,确立职业教育培养人才的素质结构,要全面提高人的综合素质,构建终身服务体系。"Agriculture, rural, peasantry" is a historical and real problem. It can be solved by a such strategic measures solution of the industrialization of agriculture, rural urbanization, rural modernization, Which is closely contact, mutual influence and directly services for "Agriculture, rural, peasantry" problem. In order to be adapt to the development of rural , to construct the model of facing the rural vocational education , we should renew the content in the class, improve the quality of education , reform the courses system, and pay great attention to the construction of practice foundations. We should establish the structure of vocational education , improve the people's composite equality all - round , construct the life - long education service system.
