摘  要:目的了解贵阳市学龄前儿童家长营养知识与饮食态度及行为(KAP),以便为儿童营养知识宣传与相关行为干预提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法对500名学龄前儿童家长进行KAP问卷调查。结果家长的营养知识水平普遍较低,及格率为60%,蔬菜水果、人体所需营养素、儿童肥胖等知识点正确率更低,低于26%。79.6%的家长具有较好的饮食态度,但儿童家长均存在一些不良饮食行为。结论应积极向家长宣传儿童健康所需营养知识和/或进行营养干预,纠正家长错误的饮食态度及儿童的不良饮食行为,帮助儿童从小养成良好的饮食习惯。Objective To investigate the nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of preschool children' s parents in Guiyang, and to provide bases for nutritional health education and intervention measures. Methods A cluster sample of 500 preschool children' s parents were given the KAP investigation on nutrition. Results Parents' nutritional knowledge was not good enough, only 60% pass the knowledge test, and the correct answer rates were less than 26% in the knowledge of vegetables and fruits, body's necessary nutrients and childhood obesity, About 79.6% had proper dietary attitude, but some incon'ect practice were found. Conclusion Nutrition education should be conducted in preschool children' s parents on correcting their mistaken attitude and incorrect habits, so as to help the children form correct dietary, habits
