免疫磁性技术分离提纯酵母样真菌的研究

摘  要:用包被有羊抗鼠IgG的磁珠结合鼠抗白念单抗后,对白念珠菌、类星形念珠菌、热带念珠菌、新生隐球菌、光滑念珠菌菌悬液及白念珠菌与新生隐球菌两菌混悬液进行分离纯化研究。结果:免疫磁珠和白念珠菌、类星形念珠菌结合尤为明显,与热带念珠菌少量结合,而不和新生隐球菌,光滑念珠菌结合。通过此种方法能去除非念珠菌部分,而达到纯化菌种之目的。获得的纯化菌种仍有生物活性。Sixteen volunteers were patch rested with 0.25%,0.5%,0.75%,1.0% and 2% sodium lauryl sulphaie(SLS).The irritant skin response was evaluated 1/2h after removing test chambers by visual scoring(VS) and measurement of transepidermal water loss(TEWL).The values of TEWL significantly correlated with VS(r=0.94,P<0.01),and the value war greatly increased with the increasing of the concentration of SLS.Furthermore,the TEWL values were evaluated again 24h,48h and 72h after petch testing,in the sites of 0.5%,1% and 2% SLS patch testing,it was found that the peak values of TEWL were between 24h(2% SLS) and 48h(0.5% and 1% SLS),and fell down at 72h after patch testing.These changes were in according with the clinical observation.The results indicated that the measurement of TEWL was a promising methed for quantification of the irritant erythematous response.
