摘 要:本文采用微波辅助提取技术,对紫苏籽进行微波提取油脂实验,并与索氏提取、搅拌提取、超声波提取几种提取方法进行比较。结果表明:微波提取较其它几种方法具有省时、高效、提取率高等优点。其最佳提取条件为:选用石油醚为提取剂,提取两次,原料与提取剂比例分别为1∶6和1∶4,提取频率为2450MHZ,提取功率70W,提取时间为5m in(第一次3m in,第二次2m in)。Microwave assisted extraction method was used to extract oil from perilla seeds compared with other chemical methods including Soxhlet extraction, stirring extraction and Sonicate extraction. The results showed: microwave extraction method has the higher extract efficiency, extraction rate and time saving with the comparison of other methods. The optimal conditions are as follows: extract twice in 5 minutes (first 3minutes and second 2minutes) with the petroleum ether as the solvent, the ratio of material to solvent are 1:6 and 1:4 respectively. The extracted frequency and power are 2450HZ and 70W respectively.
