摘 要:将甘薯和马铃薯样品洗净,在75~80℃下烘干,粉碎、过筛并准确称取一定量经过筛的样品在琼脂溶液中制成悬浮液,将此悬浮液技术应用于火焰原子吸收发射光谱法中,建立测定甘薯及马铃薯中钙、镁的快速分析方法。RSD小于3.2%,(要求RSD±5%。)。钙、镁的检测质量浓度分别为0.0432mg/mL、0.0251mg/mL。说明,悬浮技术可代替灰化法技术在原子吸收光谱法中测定甘薯及马铃薯中的钙和镁。此方法处理样品简单、数据准确。Washing the sweet Potato and Potato clean and drying in the 75 - 80℃, then grinding and sifting out then the appropriate amount of samples was tared to prepare the Suspension solution in the agar solution The Techniques of suspension solution were used in flame atomic absorption spectrometry method (FAAS) for determination on calcium and magnesium of sweet potato and potato, which is called rapid analysis method. RSD〈3.2%(the demand RSD is ±5%).The quality consistency of detection limit on calcium and magnesium is respectively:0.0432 mg/mL,0.0251 mg/mL. In this experiment the ashing method was displaced by suspension technique for determination on calcium and magnesium of sweet potato and potato. The method was convenient and accurate.
