摘 要:为制定密闭环境空气3甲基吲哚(3MI)的最高容许浓度,进行了人体气味试验,并采用肺组织过氧化物丙二醛、脾细胞数和脾重量等指标,对雄性大鼠进行了急性和亚急性毒性参数的测定。结果为大鼠口服半数致死量为1830mg/kg,急性阈剂量小于183mg/kg,亚急性阈剂量为61mg/kg,人体厌恶阈为0.75mg/m3。根据上述结果,结合密闭环境暴露特点和要求,论证外推密闭环境3MI的短期暴露最高容许浓度为0.5mg/m3。methylindole is a normal metabolic product of humans. It has a foul odor and is toxic to the lung and spleen.In order to determine maximum allowable concentration of 3 methylindole in closed environment,acute and subacute toxic effects in male rats were studied by detecting malondialdehyde in lung tissue,spleen cell counts and spleen weight.It is suggested that the oral median lethal dose(LD 50 ),the acute and subacute toxic thresholds in rats are 1830mg/kg,<183mg/kg and 61mg/kg,respectively, and the nuisance threshold for men is 0.75mg/m 3.The recommended occupational exposure limit may be set at 46mg/m 3. According to the features of exposure in closed environment and essential requirements,the extrapolated maximum allowable concentration of 3 methylindole in closed environment may be set at 0.5mg/m 3.
