摘　　要：随着社会的发展,传统的社会助学方式已不再适应新形势下高等教育自学考试发展的需要,网络教育的兴起为开展自学考试助学活动提供了良好的机遇。本文指出了自学考试传统社会助学方式存在的主要问题,分析了开展网络助学的优势,并对如何构建网络助学系统提出了一些建议。With the development of the society, the traditional social grant mode cannot keep up with the development of self-study examinations of the higher education in the new situation. The booming of internet teaching provides a good opportunity for the development of internet aided education on self-study examinations. This article points out the main questions which exist in the traditional social grant mode of self-study examinations, analyzes the advantages of the development in the internet aided education, and puts forward some proposals about how to construct the internet aided system.
