摘　　要：通过对网络课件现状的分析，提出为保证课件的开发质量，应该把软件工程理论应用于网络课件开发中的观点，并在传统的瀑布模型的基础上给出了网络课件的开发模型，同时进行了较为详细的对象模型分析。Through analyzing the present situation of network-based courseware, the paper suggests applying software engineering theory to the development of network-based courseware in order to improve the quality of courseware development. A model of network-based courseware development is given based on the traditional waterfall model, and an object model is analyzed in detail at the same time.
