摘 要:研制了一种应用于发动机振动主动控制系统的新型高效电磁作动器。介绍了作动器的结构原理,对作动器的磁场进行了计算,利用Ansys软件对其弹簧刚度进行了分析。将作动器的力传递模型简化为单自由度振动系统,计算了作动器的作动力,通过Matlab仿真软件对其力传递特性进行了仿真分析。以正弦信号输入对作动器的作动特性进行了试验,结果表明,试验分析和仿真分析比较吻合,作动器作动力大,性能良好,可以很好地应用于发动机的振动主动控制。A new-style and high-powered electromagnetic counter-force actuator applied to engine active vibration control system was designed. At first, the structure principle of aetuator was introduced briefly, and the magnetic field of actuator was calculated approximately and the stiffness of its spring was researched by using Ansys software. Then the transmission model of the active force was simpled as a single freedom vibration system to calculate the active force of aetuator. The transmission performance of the active force was simulated with Matlab simulation software. Finally, the sine wave signals were input to the model and the active performance was tested. The results show that test analysis and simulation analysis of the active force are similar, the actuator can produce great force and high-powered performance, which will be quite useful for engine active vibration control.
