摘 要:针对微小型器件尺寸小及强度和刚度低,难以保证装配精度及装配过程中易损坏的特点,提出了微小型器件装配中虚拟检测技术的概念和方法。对于典型的装配关系,分别采用理论简化建模、有限元分析两种方法进行应力、应变的研究。在实例分析过程中,建立了微小型圆轴和套装配的理论模型,通过虚位移原理得出装配过程中不同参数值下的应力应变关系;建立了圆轴与套装配、D型轴与齿轮装配的有限元模型,验证了数字化微装配中虚拟检测技术的正确性、必要性和重要性。Since microminiaturized parts are provided with the characteristics of small size, low strength and rigidity, it is difficult to assure the assembly accuracy during assembly process, and those parts are easy to be damaged. The concept and method of virtual inspection technology (VIT) in micro-assembly was put forward. Theoretical simplified modeling and finite element modeling were used to analyze the stress and strain of typical assembly relationships. During example analysis process, theoretical assembly model of microminiaturized circular shaft and sleeve is established,and stress-strain relationship with different parameters is deduced by virtual displacement principle; two finite element assembly models of D shaped shaft and gear, circular shaft and sleeve are established. The results reveal the correctness, necessity, and essentiality of virtual inspection method.
