摘 要:选取湖北金龙泉啤酒(孝感)有限公司污水处理站运行的一套CASS系统进行研究。该系统近两年来具体运行效能为:有机污染物(以CODcr计)的去除率达95%,进水水质有较大波动时均保持较稳定的出水水质,单位废水处理成本平均为0.30元/m3,较其它同类工艺要低。该系统具有投资少、操作管理简易等优点,但同时该系统存在淡季处理成本高而旺季负荷高、除磷效果相对不佳、活性污泥中毒等问题。最后针对该系统存在的不足,提出了相应的解决对策。This article selects the CASS systems of a sewage treatment station in the Hubei King Longquan beer (Xiaogan) limited company to conduct the research. Over the past two years, the system for specific operational effectiveness is: The organic pollutant (counts by CODcr) removes rate reaches 95%. Leakage water maintains a stable quality while the quality of enter water has a bigger undulation. The unit waste water processing cost equally is 0.30 Yuan/m^3, lower than other similar processes. This system has has a small investment, operation and management simplicity advantages, but simultaneously, this system exsists several problems as fallow: The process of off-season costs much while the load of busy season keeps highly, the effect of phosphorus elimination relatively not to be good, the actived sludge has been poisoned and so on. After the investigation and study, this article proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure on the problems which the system exsists.
