摘　　要：该文介绍了西北农林科技大学遗传工程实验教学中心在实验室管理体制、实验教学、实验队伍和设备的建设和发展,并对进一步改革提出了设想.This paper introduce the building of experiment teaching center of genetic manipulation of Northwest Agriculture and Forest University in laboratory managing system, experiment teaching and laboratory team and equipment constructing. The authors propose the suggestion to the further development of the experiment teaching center.
