摘  要:市场经济中人既是生产的要素也是消费的主体。对受教育程度与居民消费关系的调查分析发现,教育对人们的消费水平、消费结构、消费方式、消费观念等方面都有着重要影响。教育不仅促进人作为生产要素的人力资本的发展,也应该促进人作为消费主体的消费水平、消费观念、理性消费的发展和所应该具备的消费技能的提升。在世界经济水平发展到更加关注“环保、生态”和努力构建“和谐社会”的时候,教育经济学不仅要关注人的“工具性”的人力资本的开发与培育,还应该从人的全面发展出发关注并研究如何促进人的消费水平、消费观念、理性消费和消费技能等方面的发展。In the market economy, the human is not only the production essential factor, hut also is the subject of consumption. Through the investigation and analysis of the relationship between educational degree and inhabitant's consumption, it can he get that education has important influence on people's consumption level, consumption structure, mode of consumption, consumption idea and so on. As one of the elements of production ,the education develops the human capital; as the subject of consumption, the education also should promote the raising of consumption level, consumption idea, rational consumption and consumption skills. When the world economy is entering the stage which pays more attention to the environmental protection, the ecology and the building of the harmonious society, Economics of Education not only pay attention to the exploitation and cultivation of instrumental aspect of human, from the point of view of human's full development, but also should embark on researching how to promote human's consumption level, consumption idea, rational consumption and consumption skills, etc.
