摘　　要：分析了目前教师评价制度的现状和存在的问题,提出了实行发展性教师评价体系的改革方向,并采用工作行为特征分析的方法构建了发展性教师评价的指标体系。This text analyses the situation and problems of the teacher evaluation system,puts forward the direction of the reform,practicing the developmental the evaluation of teacher index system,and applies an analytical method of the work behavior characteristic to set up the index system.
