英汉语用差异及其文化渊源

摘　　要：语用差异是指在跨文化交际中,交际双方由于文化背景不同、表达习惯不同因而在语用过程中表现出的差异。语用差异的形成跟多方面的因素有关,但归根结底语用差异还是由交际双方所属的文化所决定的。文章从六种言语行为的中西语用差异的分析入手,进而挖掘产生这些语用差异的文化渊源,旨在帮助人们了解语用差异产生的深层次原因,从而在跨文化交际中能有意识地避免语用失误,减少误解。Pragmatic differences are the differences emerged in the use language between the two sides in intercultural communication due to thcir different cultural background and different ways of expression. Pragmatic differences are concerned many factors but all in all pragmatic differences is determined by the culture that two sides are belong to respectively. Tiffs article elaborate the pragmatic differences in six kinds of speech acts between English and Chinese and analysis the cultural roots beneath these differences. This article helps people to understand the deep reasons of the pragmatic differences and therefore helps to avoid the pragmatic errors consciously in intercultural commtmication and redune misunderstanding as well.
