摘　　要：通过对我国基础教育体育教学改革形势的分析,以及对体育教师提出的新要求,并通过对当前体育院校篮球技术课教学现状的调查与分析,提出了新形势下体育院校篮球技术课教学和评价理念改革的新思路.In accordance with analysing the situation of reform of physical education teaching in basic education in China, and demands which has been put forward to physical education teacher, by analysing and investigating the present situation of basketball technique lessons in PE colleges and universities, the essay poses a new reforming mode about the teaching and evaluation of basketball technique lessons in PE colleges and universities.
