摘　　要：高职院校校园文化的核心是校园精神文化,大学生思想道德素质是根本。高职院校在大学生道德建设领域面临着一系列挑战,惟有坚持科学发展观,将以德治国思想贯穿于学生的道德教育和实践中,树立社会主义荣辱观,构建层级式道德体系,增强德育实效性,才能有效防止大学生的道德失范,提高大学生道德修养。While spiritual culture is the core of the campus culture in higher vocational colleges, what rudimental is the students＇ ideological and moral quality. The paper points out that, in facing a series of challenge in students＇ moral education, higher vocational school can effectively avoid the anomie from college students and thereafter improve students＇ moral standard only by adhering to scientific development concept, permeating moral education and practice with the idea of running country with moral, advocating socialist concept of honor and disgrace and hierarchical moral system, and reinforcing the actual effect of moral education.
