从企业文化的视野观照高职教育

摘　　要：高职学院的毕业生虽在知识技能上接近或基本达到了企业的要求,但却并不能充分融入到企业当中。究起原因,是实现了技能的对接,但未实现文化的对接。应从企业文化的视野观照高职教育,让企业文化在教育教学中渗透并发挥积极的作用。Though graduates from higher vocational colleges could almost meet or approximate to the of corporations in terms of knowledge and skills, they could hardly integrate into corporations. The reason are well-trained workers, but they are ignorant of corporation cuhure. Thus, corporation culture should be higher vocational education system, permeated in moral education, and it can play a positive role.
