摘 要:测定了虹鳟Oncorhynchus mykiss、银鲑O.kisutch及其杂交种O.mykiss♀×O.kisutch♂(F1代)血液生理、生化以及流变学的指标,结果表明:虹鳟的红细胞压积(Hct)为(29.18±1.08)%,血红蛋白含量(Hb)为(101.85±3.53)g/L,红细胞数(RBC)为(1.14±0.04)×1012个/L,血浆渗透压(Osm)为(328.05±1.57)mosm/L,血浆纤维蛋白浓度(Fb)为(2.05±0.15)g/L,血浆黏度(ηp)和全血黏度(η5b.75、η4b6、η1b15、η2b30)分别为(1.86±0.034)、(8.91±0.49)、(6.77±0.37)、(6.45±0.32)、(6.25±0.74)mPa.s;银鲑的Hct为(29.15±0.96)%,Hb为(97.73±3.83)g/L,RBC为(1.11±0.04)×1012个/L,Osm为(314.89±1.09)mosm/L,Fb为(1.94±019)g/L,ηp、η5b.75、η4b6、η1b15和η2b30分别为(1.85±0.04)、(8.91±0.74)、(6.75±0.39)、(6.35±0.36)和(6.18±0.32)mPa.s;杂交种的Hct为(27.63±0.80)%,Hb为(85.78±2.83)g/L,RBC为(1.04±0.03)×1012个/L,Osm为(327.23±2.18)mosm/L,Fb为(2.16±0.13)g/L,ηp、ηb5.75、η4b6、η1b15和η2b30分别为(1.87±0.027)、(8.81±0.39)、(6.74±0.345)、(6.33±0.30)和(6.16±0.28)mPa.s。统计分析结果表明:影响全血黏度的共同因子有红细胞压积、红细胞聚集性和红细胞变形性,3种鱼全血黏度间的差异不显著,血浆黏度间差异不显著;红细胞聚集性相近,差异不显著;红细胞变形能力差异显著。The physiological - biochemical and hemorheological indices in the blood of rainbow trout, coho salmon and their hybrid were measured. The hematocrit (HCT), hemoglobin(Hb), RBC, Osm, Fb,ηp,ηb^5.75,ηb^46 ,ηb^115 and ηb^230 of rainbow trout were (29.18±1.08)%,(101.85±3.53) g/L,(1.14±0.04)×10^12/L, (328.05± 1.57) mosm/L, (2.05 ± 0.15 ) g/L, ( 1.86 ± 0.034), ( 8.91 ± 0.49 ), ( 6.77 ± 0.37 ), (6.45 ± 0.32) and ( 6.25 ± 0.74 ) mPa·s, respectively ; the corresponding values of coho salmon were (29.15 _±0.96)% ,(97.73 ±3.83) g/L,(1.11 ±0.04)×10^12/L,(314.89 ± 1.09)mosm/L, (1.94 ±019) g/L,(1.85 ±0.036), (8.91±0.74), (6.75 _±0.39), (6.35 ±0.36), (6.18 ±0.32) mPa ·s, respectively, and their hybrid corresponding values were (27.63% ± 0.80) %, (85.78 ± 2.83 ) g/L, ( 1.04 ± 0.03)×10^12/L, (327.23 ± 2.18)mosm/L, (2.16 ±0.13) g/L, ( 1.87 ±0.027), (8.81 ±0.39), (6.74 ± 0.345), (6.33 ±0.30), (6.16 ±0.28) mPa·s, respectively. The results of statistical analysis showed that HCT, erythrocyte aggregation(A2 ) and erythrocyte rigidity coefficient(TK) were the common factors affecting the blood viscosity. There were no significant differences in blood viscosities and plasma viscosities of the three fishes. The blood viscosity of rainbow trout was the highest, that of their hybrid was the lowest, and the plasma viscosity of their hybrid was the highest, that of rainbow trout was the lowest. There were significant differences in TK between the three fishes, and hybrid's was the highest, meanwhile the rainbow trout's was the lowest. There were no significant differences in A2 between the three fish.
