粘小奥德蘑发酵液抑菌活性初步研究

摘  要:摇瓶发酵粘小奥德蘑,对所得发酵液用滤纸片法和固体稀释法进行抑菌活性测定,发现其具有明显的抑制植物病原菌作用。确定具有活性的发酵液依次用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,然后对乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物和萃取后的发酵液进行抑菌试验。结果表明:粘小奥德蘑发酵液的活性物质主要集中在乙酸乙酯萃取物中,乙酸乙酯萃取物对白菜黑斑、烟草赤星、葡萄炭疽的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为10 mg/ml,对小麦赤霉、番茄黑霉的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为5 mg/ml。Oscillation culture was carried out in Oudemansiella mucida (Schrad ex Fr). The obtained fermentation broths were extracted with EtOAC, nBuOH in succession to give three sections: extract of EtOAC, n-BuOH and the remained fermentation broths, Their antimicrobial activities against five common phytopathologenic funguses were determined by filter paper method and solid culture medium method. The result indicated that the fermentation broths markedly inhibited five phytopathologenic funguses. The metabolites with antimicmbial activity, were mainly congregated in EtOAC extract, with the minimal inhibiting concentration (MIC) for Alternaria brassicae, Alternaria longipes and Gloesporumfructigenwn being 10 mg/nd, the MIC for Fusarium graminearum and Alternaria alternata being 5 mg/nd.
