论社会主义商业道德建设的实现途径

摘　　要：社会主义商业道德建设的基础是商业道德教育,从业者要形成正确的价值观念和掌握符合社会主义商业经营活动要求的道德手段的同时,还需要商业企业的劳动纪律的配合,使道德观念得到强制性实现。同时,也需要以企业文化为依托提升社会主义商业道德建设的品位。The basis of socialist commercial morality construction is the education on commercial morality. Employees need to form correct values and master morality medium according with the demands on socialist commercial operating action. Socialist commercial morality construction also need labour discipline＇s coordinate in commercial enterprise, so that moral concepts can be realized compulsorily. At the same time, it is necessary to take enterprise culture as backing in order to devate the ruminate of socialist commercial morality construction.
