摘　　要：构建全新的高校内部教学质量监控体系充分体现了以人为本的思想,改革了教学质量传统单一的监控模式,变局部监控为全方位监控,变单视角监控为多视角监控,对提高教学质量、确保人才培养质量起到了重要作用。Construction of the dynamic and multilevel supervision system and model of college teaching quality is of great importance, which embodies the concept of people first, constitutes the brand new supervision system for colleges. It has reformed the traditional single supervision model so that the whole supervision can be substituted for the partial one and played a vital part in improving teaching quality and ensuring that more talents can be cultivated successfully.
