摘  要:研究了灵芝醋的抗衰老及增强免疫力的作用,用0.5%、1.5%、5%3种不同浓度灵芝醋饲喂果蝇,3个剂量组的平均寿命分别延长了17.3%、29.6%和44.6%,半数死亡时间、最高寿命也都有所延长,且表现为抗衰老效果随灵芝醋剂量的增加而增强;用5g/kg·d、10g/kg·d、20g/kg·d的剂量灌胃小鼠,与对照组相比,巨噬细胞的吞噬率提高了2.22%、4.22%、16.67%,吞噬指数分别提高了3.56%、4.56%、30.78%。增强免疫力效果随着灵芝醋剂量的增加而增强。Vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum was added into the cuhure to the fruit fly with three different dosages of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum 0.5 %, 1.5 % and 5 % respectively. The results showed that life spans of fruit fly were prolonged 17.3 %,29.6 % and 44.6 % respectively contrasted with the control, and half time of lifespari, supreme life-span and average of lifespan of fruit fly were prolonged too. So the anti-ageing efficiency of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum can be confirmed. Vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum was given orally to mice 30 days in order to measure the phagocytic index and phagocytic rate of the macrophage of mice. Three dosages of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum as 5 g/kg·d,10 g/ kg·d and 20 g/kg·d were given to the mice of different treatment groups respectively, water was given to the mice of control group. The result shows: the dosages of 5 g/kg·d,10 g/kg·d and 20 g/kg·d can evidently enhance phagocytic rate of the macrophage of mice 2.22 %,4.22 % and 16.67 % respectively, and improve phagocytic index of the macrophage of mice 3.56 %,4.56 % and 30.78 % respectively. So the obvious enhancement of immunity of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum can be confirmed.
