摘  要:以鸵鸟血为原料,用醋酸钠作为沉淀剂,从鸵鸟血中提取血红素。主要通过正交试验选取最佳提取条件。试验结果得出:搅拌时间为30min,抽提时间为10min,醋酸钠使用量为2%,酸性丙酮、水和氯仿的使用量分别为血液体积的4倍、3倍和5倍,血红素最大紫外光吸收波长为384nm。In the experience, the blood of ostrich was taken as the raw material. Extracting heine from ostrich blood was studied. The optimum condition using sodium acetate as precipitant was determined. The primary intention is to select optimal condition by orthogonal experience. Get to draw a condition: the time of whising was thirty minute, the time of extracting was ten minute, the capacity of sodium acetate was 2%, the capacity of acidic acetone ,water and chloroform was 4,3and 5 times as that of blood volume respectively, the maximum absorption wavelength is at 384 nm.
