摘  要:对湛江海域的14种主要海藻SOD粗酶蛋白含量与活力进行了测定,结果显示:SOD含量高低与活性大小随藻种、生态环境、水分含量及其它成分的含量变化较大,14种海藻SOD粗蛋白的含量在0.14±0.02mg/g~3.62±0.88mg/g干重之间,SOD比活力为182±42U/mg~11303±454U/mg。其中,杉叶蕨藻和总状蕨藻等可食用性海藻SOD粗酶蛋白和比活力均较高,是开发抗衰老与防辐射保健食品的良好天然资源。亨氏马尾藻、半叶马尾藻和小石花菜、鸡毛藻等不可食性海藻SOD粗酶蛋白含量较低,比活力较高,且含有高丰富的多糖类成分,是开发化妆用品的良好天然资源。Crude SOD contents and specific activity of 14 kinds of main seaweeds from Zhanjiang sea zone were determined. Results showed that crude SOD contents and its specific activity varies with the factors such as seaweed species, ecological environment, water content and other constituents. Crude SOD contents of 14 kinds of seaweeds are about 0.14 mg/g±0.02 mg/g±3.62 mg/g±0.88 mg/g dry weight, and their SOD specific activity are about 182 U/mg±42 U/mg±11303 U/mg±454 U/mg. Among 14 kinds of chief seaweeds, crude SOD contents and its specific activity of edible seaweeds such as Caulerpa taxifolia (Vahl.) C. Ag. and Caulerpa racemosa (Forssk.) Web. V. Bos. are high. They are good resources of exploring anti-aging and anti-radiating foods. Crude SOD contents of none edible seaweeds such as Sargassum henslowianum C.Ag., Sargassum hemiphyllum (Turn.) J. A-gardh, Gelidium divaricatum (Martens) and Pterocladia tenuis Okam. is low, but their SOD specific activity and polysaccharides are high, they are good materials of developing natural cosmetics.
