摘　　要：为保证教育质量,满足就业需要,通过高职轮机工程技术专业人才特点研究,对人才培养模式、培养目标、课程设置、教学进程及教学方法等进行改革,使培养的专业人才符合STCW78/95公约,教学实施满足海船船员适任评估和考试的要求,提高学生持证率和就业率。To ensure the quality of education and meet the employment needs, reform is made to the model of persormel training, training objectives , setting of courses , teaching process and method, which guarantees professionals to meet the requirements of ＂STCW78/95 Convention＂ and implementation of teaching to satisfy the requirements of assessment and examination for mariner qualification. In this way , certificates holding rate and employed rate are highly raised.
