摘　　要：网络技术正在对企业发生深刻的影响,如何应对和主动适应是中小企业要考虑的问题。分析了中小企业联盟的内涵特征,根据我国中小企业网络、信息资源现状建立了基于ASP的运营模式,构建了中小企业联盟的知识共享机制以及实施模式。The network technology is affecting the enterprises profoundly. Then a question is pointed out how to reply and adapt forwardly. In this paper, the connotation of medium- and small-enterprises is analyzed; the managing model based on ASP is build according to the network of our medium and small-enterprises and the present condition of information resource. Finally, the knowledge sharing mechanism and fulfillment model of medium- and small enterprises alliance is build.
