摘　　要：第三部门是不以营利为目的的向社会提供服务的组织。在全球教育现代化过程中,第三部门发挥了重要作用。借鉴它们的经验,对我国的教育现代化的发展很有意义。The third sector is a nonprofit organization providing services to society. During the process of global modernization of education, it plays an important role. Using their experiences for reference, it＇s significant for our country＇s educational modernization.
