发展中等职业教育是实现陕西农村青年就业的有效途径

摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村,关键在于提高农民素质,增加农民收入,其中职业教育有着不可替代的作用。陕西属于西部地区,由于其地理位置、资源状况、经济社会发展的制约,使农村青年在就业中处于劣势地位。中等职业教育具有投资少,见效快,门槛低等特点,与农村贫困青年就业有着密切联系,发展中等职业教育是实现陕西农村青年就业的有效途径。The key questions to construct socialist new villages, are increasing farmers quality and their income. At the same time, secondary vocational education plays an important role. Shaanxi lies in the West. Because of its geographical location, resoures condition and social economic development, ect, rural youth in employment is inferior to other areas. The characteristics of secondary vocational education are less investment, quick effect, and low requirement. Which have close connections with rural youth＇s employment. So devloping secondary vocaional education is the effective way to realize shaanxi rural youth＇s employment.
