小儿肾母细胞瘤的发生与p53抑癌基因突变关系的研究

摘　　要：对１４例小儿肾母细胞瘤的ｐ５３抑癌基因突变、ＤＮＡ含量、病理分型及临床分期进行了比较研究。结果表明：①小儿肾母细胞瘤的发生与ｐ５３抑癌基因突变有密切关系；②突变与肾母细胞瘤的分化程度有关；③突变见于临床各期；④ｐ５３基因突变多见于肾母细胞瘤的二倍体肿瘤。The correlation of p53 tumor suppressor gene contents of DNA, pathological patterns and clinical stags in 14 cases of Wilms' tumor in children was studied. The results were as follows:①p53 gene mutations in closely related with the occurrence of Wilms' tumor; ②p53 gene mutations is related with degree of differentiation of tumor;③mutations is present in different clinical stages;④p53 gene mutation is often found in diploid Wilms' tumor cell.
