摘　　要：简单分析“导学群”支持服务体系中专业导学教师的职责,介绍了专业导学教师在开放教育试点工作中的专业建设、专业教学、专业管理等三方面的工作思路和方法,同时提出了今后进一步开展工作的几点想法,为进一步改善“导学群”支持服务体系有较强的理论指导意义和实践操作价值。This paper simply analyses the responsibilities of professional teacher in the support service system of Learners＇ Guidance Group, and introduces the work＇s train of thought and ways on professional construction, professional teaching and professional management, etc. At the same time, the author also puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the future work, which has the theory guiding effect and practical value to perfect the supports service system of Learners＇ Guidance Group.
