摘　　要：对几种常用分子标记技术的基本原理及特点进行了评述。简要地综述了分子标记技术在马铃薯育种方面的应用。主要内容有:(1)遗传图谱构建;(2)重要性状的基因定位;(3)种质资源研究。分析了应用过程中存在的问题,并讨论了其应用前景。The paper evaluates principles and characteristics of several common molecular mark techniques and briefly reviews the application of molecular mark technology in potato breeding. The main content includes （1） the construction of genetic map; （2） the localization of important character genes; （3） study on germplasm resources. The problems in application and its application prospect are also discussed at the same time in the paper.
