摘　　要：比较了中外大米标准的种类、管理机构、分类方法、适用范围、质量指标体系,研究了中外大米标准的特点,根据近年来我国稻谷生产和市场发展的现状,分析了我国大米标准存在的主要问题,提出了发展方向。The indices systems for standards of white rice in China and foreign countries were investigated and their characteristics were analyzed from the aspects of standards, categories, management organs, classification methods, scopes of application and etc. The principal problems about the standards of white rice in China were discussed and their development direction was determined according to the present situations of rice production and market development in our country.
