摘  要:对玉米蛋白粉中玉米黄色素的不同提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明,溶剂法提取的最佳工艺条件为:以无水乙醇为提取剂,玉米与无水乙醇质量比为1∶16,提取温度70℃,提取时间105 m in;超临界二氧化碳法萃取玉米黄色素的最佳工艺是:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取时间3 h,CO2流量40 L/h,萃取温度40℃。通过比较,确定出两种方法的优缺点。The different technologies for extraction of yellow pigment from corn protein meal were studied. The result showed that the optimum conditions by solvent were : when alcohol was used as the extraction reagent, the ratio of corn to anhydrous alcohol should be 1 : 16 under extracting temperature of 70℃ and extracting time of 105 min. The optimum extracting conditions by supercritical CO2 were: extracting pressure 25 MPa, extracting time 3 h, extracting temperature 40℃ and flow rate of CO2 40L/h. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were identified through comparison.
