摘　　要：高校实验技术人员编制的核算一直都没有一个公认的科学合理的办法。如何有效的进行编制的核算，是定编定岗中非常重要的基础工作。该文阐述了实验教学辅助、设备管理、实验室建设与管理是构成实验人员工作量的重要因素，也是编制核算的重要内容、探讨了有效的计算方法，以保证实验室实验技术人员定编的科学合理。So far, no reasonable and scientific method for evaluating technical staff regimentation of laboratory in university is well recognized by people and how to effectively evaluate the staff regimentation is a very important and also basic job. Workload for staff in laboratory mainly includes experiment teaching aid, equipment management and laboratory construction and management, which are also the main factors for evaluation. The paper studies the effective computing method in order to keep staff regimentation evaluating of laboratory in university more scientific and reasonable.
